How to choose

Start with the problem that feels most pressing

The three services below address different points in the cooking week. They can be taken separately or in sequence — many households start with planning support and come back for the workshop once they have a clearer sense of their kitchen's rhythm. If you're not sure which fits, a short message is enough to start a conversation.

Service 01

Personalized Recipe Planning

A planning service for households looking to settle into a calmer weekly cooking rhythm. The planner reviews household preferences, dietary considerations, available cooking time on each weeknight, and the pantry's existing staples, then assembles a weekly menu paired with a single organized shopping list.

Each menu draws from short-form preparations and quietly nourishing meals suited to family routines. Two written follow-ups are included to adjust the plan after the first week of use, along with a small reference card covering ingredient substitutions.

What's included

  • · Full weekly menu tailored to your household
  • · Single consolidated shopping list
  • · Two written follow-ups after the first week
  • · Ingredient substitution reference card
  • · Recipes within a 15-minute preparation window

Service 02

Family Meal Strategy Session

A consultation prepared for households with several mealtime preferences to balance — children with developing tastes, adults with different schedules, or shared meals between generations. The session looks at recurring friction points, identifies meals everyone can settle around, and proposes small adjustments rather than full overhauls.

Notes are delivered as a written household reference covering weekday rotations, weekend options, and a few short-form snack ideas. Suitable for new parents, multi-generational households, and anyone navigating a recent change in routine.

What's included

  • · Consultation session (online or in-person)
  • · Written household reference document
  • · Weekday and weekend meal rotation suggestions
  • · Short-form snack ideas included
  • · Focused on small adjustments, not complete overhauls

¥17,500

Service 03

Quick Cooking Skill Workshop

A small-group workshop, conducted online or in selected studios, focused on short-form preparation techniques — pan-searing, gentle simmering, and one-bowl assembly meals that come together in under twenty minutes. Each session covers two recipes drawn from a rotating seasonal list.

Attention is given to knife handling, pan temperature reading, and seasoning at the end. Participants receive a workshop handout and a follow-up note with two additional recipes in the same style. Suitable for newer cooks and those returning to the kitchen after a busy stretch.

What's included

  • · Small-group session (online or studio)
  • · Two seasonal recipes covered in depth
  • · Technique focus: pan temperature, knife handling, seasoning
  • · Printed workshop handout
  • · Follow-up note with two additional recipes

Finding your fit

Which service fits your situation

Recipe Planning suits you if…

  • You spend more time deciding what to cook than actually cooking
  • Your shopping trips feel disconnected from your week's meals
  • You want a plan that already accounts for what's in your kitchen

Meal Strategy suits you if…

  • Multiple people at your table have different tastes or schedules
  • Mealtimes have become a recurring negotiation rather than a routine
  • A recent change in household composition has unsettled your usual rhythm

The Workshop suits you if…

  • You follow recipes but want to understand the technique underneath
  • You're newer to cooking or returning after a long break from the kitchen
  • You want skills that carry forward rather than single-use recipes

Before you decide

A few things worth knowing

These are straightforward points about how the services work — the kind of things that are useful to know before reaching out.

No commitment required on first contact

Sending a message doesn't commit you to anything. A brief description of your household's situation is enough to start, and we'll respond with a clear picture of which service would be most useful.

Each service has a defined scope

The services are bounded — a planning service produces a menu and shopping list, not ongoing consultation. What's included in each is described clearly on the individual pages and above.

The services can be taken in sequence

A number of households start with Recipe Planning, find their rhythm, and then come back for the Workshop to understand the techniques behind what they've been cooking. There's no requirement to combine, but it's a path that works naturally.

Pricing is stated plainly

¥10,500 for Recipe Planning, ¥17,500 for Meal Strategy, and ¥27,000 for the Workshop. No additional session fees or hidden follow-up costs beyond what's described in each service.

Not sure where to start?

A short message is enough — we'll help you figure out the rest

Tell us a little about your household's cooking situation and we'll suggest which service makes the most sense for where you are right now. No pressure, just a conversation.
